La milano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Gujarat

My recent experience at La Milano Place was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment lacked even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. The employees I encountered seemed to be deliberately dishonest about their names (ashok), making me question the integrity of the entire place.The atmosphere was immediately ruined by a pervasive foul smell that seemed to hang in the air. As I explored further, I was appalled to see insects crawling around as if they owned the place. It was clear that the hygiene and maintenance were sorely neglected. Adding to the appalling scene were dustbins haphazardly placed inside, creating an unsightly and unhygienic environment.I understand that no place is perfect, but La Milano Place failed to meet even the most basic expectations. It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer experience and a lack of pride in maintaining a presentable establishment. The food that was served was good and tasted well, but there is a problem with the outlet and the management. I pre-booked a table through Swiggy for discount, but the outlet denied that discount, they said that we have mentioned in our terms and conditions that we won’t accept it for a few menu items (I was ordering pizza with less than 3 toppings) but neither their menu card or their terms and conditions had any mention of this. Pathetic behaviour by the staff too, too arrogant when they are literally nobody in this world. Wish the outlet goes bankrupt or something or gets shut down my health...

Pizza was good. La Milano's oregano was pathetic. I have never seen this kind of oregano.

The dining area was very un-higenic. Too many mosquitoes and other insects.

Most important - this outlet is not accepting Swiggy dine-out and store offer. Customers can only have either Swiggy dineout discount or store pizza offer. This is a real scam.

Because customer comes via Swiggy dineout to get double discount but the store will not accept it.

Please don't go here to eat pizza.
