I recently visited Lapinoz with high hopes for a delicious pizza experience, but unfortunately, my visit turned out to be an immense disappointment. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the quality of their pizzas. It was truly a regrettable dining experience.

First and foremost, the pizza quality at Lapinoz was shockingly poor. I had heard positive things about their pizzas, but the reality was far from my expectations. The taste was bland, lacking any distinct flavors that one would expect from a good pizza. It felt as if the ingredients were of subpar quality, resulting in a tasteless and unappealing meal. The overall presentation was unimpressive, with toppings poorly distributed and lacking any visual appeal.

However, the most egregious offense at Lapinoz was the crust, or rather, the lack thereof. The crust on their pizzas was as thin as a biscuit, completely devoid of any substance. It lacked the desirable crispness and chewiness that one looks for in a pizza crust. Instead, it was brittle, dry, and lacked the necessary depth to complement the toppings. The absence of a proper crust greatly diminished the overall enjoyment of the pizza, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and longing for a more substantial base.

To make matters worse, the service at Lapinoz was also lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, paying little attention to the needs of the customers. Our order took an unreasonably long time to arrive, further adding to our frustration and impatience. The overall dining atmosphere was underwhelming and lacked the warmth and welcoming ambiance that one would expect from a reputable pizza establishment.

Considering the poor pizza quality and the abysmal crust, I cannot recommend Lapinoz to anyone seeking a satisfying pizza experience. With so many other options available, it would be wise to look elsewhere for a truly enjoyable meal. I bought two pizza's yesterday was disappointing. The Base was not good. Over all quality was not good . Pizza base was very hard. I request to improve the quality of the pizza and yesterday I had a very worst experience in this showroom(paldi). I request to all that when you order pizza especially when it's parcel Pizza open on the shop and check the pizza base and quality of the pizza then if it is good you take it otherwise not. Because if you won't check you will have a bad pizza . And then when you will eat you feel that the pizza was not fresh and good enough . I am saying this because yesterday I got both pizza's very bad even the crust and base hard and felt not baked . So, please do check before...

1. Water drinking glasses not exist and giving common glass... (Your service provider is not giving used and thrown glass.) should be there.
2. Paper Napkin not existing on table. even we have say to service provider.. he send me 2 pis of paper.. for 4 people.. really bed experience.
3. AC not running during entering into restaurant.. After 3 times of being informed they started AC. Really not good in 42 degree temperature.
4. There is no facility for hand-washing.... It's a basic facility for all restaurants... As per my view without a wash basin it...
