First of all, you should train your cashiers to be at least empathetic or kind to customers, they're behaving like we owe them something. I had some questions on order since I don't go there regularly so I asked couple of questions, and the cashier was not interested in answering and sounded rude.

Second, I ordered soft drinks, he didn't add them in bill, why the hell you won't add soft drinks in the bill too? These are some cheap tactics and not a good sign of a good branded outlet. If you are following this in every outlet then it's upto you how you run your business but if it's one of your franchise outlet and their decision, let me tell you, it's not helping your brand. Also, the guy who came to gave us our order at table didn't bring soft drink, I told them I ordered and he saw the bill and mentioned it's not added in bill, then had to go back to cashier to verify.

Third, I've tried Lapinoz pizza in other city outlets and I was fan of it but the taste is deteriorating day by day, plus you guys have increased the price of medium size pizza making it as similar as Large.

Fourth, the water from the cooler at outlet felt smelly, not sure if it's properly being maintained.

Fifth, the songs are too loud, can't even talk to person sitting next to you properly.
