Taste and quality were good as expected, but I still have a few concerns I'd like to share here.

I had placed an order for 1 giant pizza and 1 large pizza under a BOGO offer, making it a total of 3 pizzas, with a total cost of ₹2026. Despite the outlet being less than 1 km from my house, the delivery took 1 hour and 6 minutes.

I called the outlet twice — first, they mentioned the delay was due to the giant pizza taking more time, and later they asked me to come and collect the order myself due to a shortage of delivery personnel.

Moreover, I had clearly mentioned in the order instructions to provide extra spice packets, but still received only a few. This shows the special instructions were not taken care of.
