La Pino'z Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

Communication skill of person taking order is poor, behaviour is arrogant. He entered wrong order, punched two pizzas instead of single. But he refused to cancel it and he was unapologetic and arrogant for the mistake. He made me pay for two pizzas. Long wait for 'take out'. I had to remind twice. Pizza crust was hard and the cheese was stale. Such outlets will spoil La Pino'z brand. La Pino'z system should allow correction for inadvertent wrong entry. Their young staff don't have respect for senior citizen. They did not offer even seating to senior customer. The young staff need behavioural training. Their staff claimed the mistake can not be corrected. Who will pay for their mistake? I frequently order from other outlet of La pino but now onwards I will never order La Pino Pizza from any of the outlets. I will also stop my family and friends...

🌸 I visited this place with my mother-in-law on Women’s Day, so it was a special outing for the two of us. Since it was both Women’s Day and a Sunday, the place was quite crowded. It took a little while to get a table, but the staff was quick to clean it for us.

🍽️ The service here is fully self-service — from ordering to picking up your food. There was a bit of a queue at the counter, but nothing too overwhelming.

🍕 We tried the pizza, and honestly, the taste and quality were quite good — that was the highlight of our visit. The ambience was okay, not particularly special compared to some other outlets under the same brand, but it served the purpose.
