Worst Service Only By Name its Lake View U cant have even bit of view of water of lake from this restaurant We have to walk in to counter to place the order No Mouth Freshner n No Tooth Pick at the end after paying bill Exorbitant High Prices Very Less Quantity of Food Served as conpared to Price

We were a small group of only 40 persons on March 28, 2021 at Dinner time. I guess they were looking for a bigger group

No one will even look at the table to even serve u free water or ask for side orders or extra / repeat order only thing would be they will serve you food on the counter

Most Arrogant Restaurant Manager Mr Ashish Gautam so far seen in entire hospitality industry that even on complaint and friendly suggestions he bluntly said #this is the best we can do, you better update review on google#

I must say Mr Ashish Gautam is still a decent guy as he didnt asked us to walk in to kitchen and cook our own food.

We must say the last that they do serve on the table ofcourse so late that your hunger is almost over and you actually dont feel like eating by then . I guess its better as not a self service restaurant and have proper sitting arrangement with tables and chairs .

Will never Ever Recomend this Restaurant to anyone visitng Saputara There are many options available apart from this.

We recently had dinner here, and unfortunately, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. While the staff did take note of our requirements while preparing the food, the dishes that arrived at our table were served cold. This really affected the taste and overall dining experience, as one would expect freshly prepared and warm food when dining at a restaurant.

The bigger issue, however, came when the bill was presented. On checking carefully, we noticed that there were several items listed that we had never ordered. We immediately brought this to the staff’s attention and requested them to remove those extra items. Although they did remove them, instead of correcting the bill properly, they strangely changed the quantity of one dish from one to two, which was again incorrect. We had to point this out a second time, which felt both frustrating and unprofessional.

Dining out is meant to be a pleasant experience where customers can enjoy their meal without unnecessary hassles. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple dinner turned into a disappointing and inconvenient ordeal due to both the quality of the food and the billing errors. Overall, we left dissatisfied and do not see ourselves returning...

"Okay ,can I have cutlet ?" I had little choice. He quickly went in to fetch my ordered dish. " Sorry sir, no punjabi dishes..!!!" Waiter could read my body language, my displeasure.
