McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

My visit to McDonald's was pretty much what I expected. The drive-thru was reasonably fast, which is usually why I come here when I'm in a hurry or need a quick breakfast. The prices are still a major draw, especially for a family meal. However, the food quality can be a bit hit or miss. The fries are almost always great when fresh, but sometimes the burgers or chicken items can be lukewarm or feel like they've been sitting for a while. Order accuracy is also something they could improve on – I've had a few instances where items were missing or incorrect, which is frustrating. The cleanliness of the dining area (when I've eaten inside) varies greatly by location, from perfectly fine to needing a good wipe-down. Staff are generally efficient, but customer service can range from friendly to a bit indifferent. Overall, it's a convenient and affordable option for fast food, but don't expect gourmet quality or perfect service every time. It serves its purpose, but there's definitely room for improvement in consistency. Pros: Convenience, speed, affordability, consistent availability, good for quick cravings (especially breakfast and fries). Cons: Inconsistent food quality (temperature, freshness), frequent order errors, varying cleanliness, mixed customer service experiences, rising prices. Let me start with good things.. -Sitting area is fun part.. Always love mcd for that. -in Serving staff there s only one girl whenever we visited, but she is always giving her best and running with super speed and helping every customer. -maintained good hygiene by ground staff.

Few bad things too, very disappointing. -taste of food and beverages changes each time you eat there. Specially the coffees. 👎 -many times finished stock of food and lack of kitchen gas are some weird situations that they are facing. Well, sadly it was in peak hours of lunch time. -there are three order desks but only one is working all the time. And that desk girl is busy making hot coffees sometimes. This is another example of not having proper staff management.

One weird incident happened to ​me was: Because of no kitchen gas i was told to wait for 5minutes and they will call me back to place my order, but they did not call me and started taking other orders so i have placed my order through their app and am done. When i got delivered with my order serving girl informed me that one of the item in my order is finished and cant be delivered, and i asked for the cash back. On that note they said no problem we will deliver that item. And bamm, it was...

When u order filet o fish, it's bun go through some process in steamer that makes it extra soft. In my past 3-4 visits I have noticed that staff avoids to use steamer and instead give dry bun in filet o fish. I have been eating stuffs from McD since 2007, have tried multiple outlets in different cities and countries and most of the time experience is satisfactory.

This one however was different, bun came dry in fillet o fish, when I asked manager he said it's not working and offered me if I want anything in chicken. I said instead of wasting it I'll rather eat it. When I was 80% done I was offered a replacement of fillet o fish saying that steamer is up and running. No point! As I was almost full i refused his offer, I would have wait for it if offered in the beginning only.

Out of surprise one of the staff seat next to me and started browsing reals in mobile! First time I have experienced this! Manager was hanging around and he himself was ok with it. There should be a rest room for staff. I was bit uncomfortable with this.
