Do not visit at night the people there will be in their fun workspace mood

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your drive-thru on 28/07/2024 at approximately 11.45 PM. The experience was far below the standard I expect from McDonald's. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I waited for about 17 minutes without any acknowledgment or service from the employees. It was evident that the staff was more focused on their own personal enjoyment rather than attending to customers. When I finally inquired about the delay, I was met with an unprofessional and aggressive response, stating that since I wasn’t given a specific time frame for my order, it could take as long as necessary. Attempting to resolve the issue, I requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, my request to file a formal complaint about the employees’ behavior went unanswered. When I subsequently asked for a refund, I was told that I would need to come into the store to apply for one, which I find highly inconvenient and unacceptable. This level of service is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on the McDonald's brand. I expect prompt action to be taken regarding this matter. I would appreciate it if you could process my refund without requiring me to visit the store again and address the behavior of your staff to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps that will be taken to rectify the situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Read moreBefore 1 hour, I visited the store and ordered 2 aloo tikki burgers and 2 chicken burgers in combination of 1 medium and 1 regular meal with paneer wrap and chicken nuggets. I am an ex employee of McDonalds in London so I know what the quality of McDonalds is. First of all I would like to request the management to arrange a proper training to the staffs for how to behave with customers. The guy in the order counter was so rude regarding the soft drinks when I just requested him and asked him if I can get any other soft drink instead of coke. He started so much unnecessary arguments with me that I should have informed him while placing my order. I think nowadays McDonalds hire people without training their staffs in customer service or food hygiene. Secondly, after reaching home when I opened the bags I found that there is only chicken nuggets, fries, 1 chicken burger, 2 aloo tikki burgers and 1 mcspicy paneer burger and instead of paneer wrap it was hash brown wrap in a paneer wrap box. Trust me the taste of the burgers were so pathetic that I wonder if these were actually McDonalds burgers or some street food burgers. I would highly request McDonalds head office in Mumbai if they read my review to please run a check on all the stores to check if the quality and standards are maintained as per the rule books of McDonalds. The restaurant was clean, and despite being busy, the atmosphere was well-maintained and inviting.The ordering process was smooth and efficient. The self-service kiosks were easy to use, and an employee was nearby to help anyone who needed assistance.
