Firstly there was absolutely NO water available at the outlet for washroom.We needed to wash our hands before eating.So we asked for drinking water for the same.As an international restaurant chain you should have basic amenities available.If the water tank gets empty due to obvious reasons the Manager should have arranged a water tank that is way too easily available and that too at a very low cost i.e approx 500 INR maximum.That too is just available at only a phone call.
Secondly the person at the cash counter I believe to be the cashier had a very rude behaviour.I ordered OTC for a piri piri spice mix along with the shake shake bag. The ordered consisted only one item as the rest was ordered by me on the app as i was getting a good deal on the rest of the items. The bill total of the otc order was 25 INR and i offered a 100 INR bill.As there was absolutely NO change available at the time (as informed by Mr. Manish ) he directly said to me there is no change give me change no please nothing and that too with a very harsh tone.He didnt even suggested to go for other payment options. I myself had to suggest that can i do the payment via UPI.Then he said ok and proceeded to make the bill and then the same was the paid by me. As a person with business background i know there can be some days that change is not available, i have no objection with that but there is a way of saying and catering the customers.In restaurant business the main thing is the behaviour of the people dealing directly with the customers.
Thirdly there was this cleaning guy named Mr. Ashish he was proceeding to closing the restaurant as the time was such but we were still eating and even then also he was constantly discussing with other staff to turn off the ac and lights not bothering that there are humans still eating.
So these were the three issues that we faced while eating at the restaurant resulting in an absolute foul experience.

When my phone didn’t have enough charge, I politely told them that I needed to charge it as I had to travel further. But at that time, they refused my request. Then I politely asked another staff member, saying that there is a red charger with a Type-C cable in your cabin — please let me charge my phone using that. But he gave a very weird response, saying “No one here is responsible if your phone gets lost.”
I am humbly requesting you to take action on this. Because of such workers, questions arise about the reputation of McDonald’s. It affects the company’s image and can impact sales too. And what about my money that got wasted there? I had come with my sister — she and I both were emotionally disturbed because of the environment created there.
Even the cleanliness of the trash bins was not up to the mark. The hand-washing area was very dirty — I can provide proof of that too. Also, since the vegetarian screen was off, I faced trouble placing my order.
There was water in the hand wash , which made my hands very dirty.
Even the water from the bathroom taps there was not enough.
