Getting scammed at this outlet. People please be aware and double check your order and ask for the receipt. I have ordered through the kiosk and selected payment at counter option as I was paying by cash. When went to the counter to pay, Nayeem ( don’t know the spelling of name) changed the order and charged us more and added the products without telling us. When we got our food we got only original order food. After finishing food, I requested for receipt. He said it’s not working , give me your phone number , it will come quickly on phone , I found it weird but still have provided my phone number as I knew he cooked up the order and waited for while, nothing came on the phone. I have requested again for the receipt, he said it’s not working or he just don’t want to provide the receipt as he knew he deliberately charged us more. Finally printed the receipt , after looking at receipt I have asked why have you changed my order, I have ordered through the kiosk it should come automatically there, he said my mistake I have added extra drink , but he added peri peri fries too, original order was 656, Nayeem’s changed order was 743. When I asked for the difference he was giving me only 50rs. back like he was doing a favour. I had to saw my order from the kiosk and asked for exact difference. I have attached the order photos for the future customers. Why he is asking for phone number. Why he is not giving receipts to any customers there. I wonder how many customers have paid extra as they don’t get there receipts.

Read moreMy recent visit to McDonald's was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having three counters, only one was operational, resulting in a lengthy queue of over 13 people. Each order took an excruciatingly long 3-5 minutes to process, leaving me waiting for over 15 minutes just to place my order. When I suggested they open more counters during peak times, they blamed it on a staff shortage, a recurring excuse despite the consistent overcrowding issue since the restaurant's inception.
To add insult to injury, when I requested assistance in opening a peri peri sachet, they didn't even have scissors available. I ended up tearing it open, causing the seasoning to spill all over my clothes, laptop, and table. Despite the staff witnessing this mess, they made no effort to offer help or even apologize. To top it off, I was given only one tissue with my order, and when I requested more, I was told they were out of stock. It's beyond comprehension that a globally recognized fast-food chain would fail to provide such basic amenities, especially when even local street vendors manage to supply them. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was utterly disappointing and reflects poorly on their management and customer...
Read moreIf you're looking for the true essence of "fast" food, McDonald's is definitely the place to be—if by "fast," you mean waiting 15-20 minutes in line because only one cash counter is open. Apparently, multiple cash counters are just for show, and they only open during "rush hours." Newsflash: when people are waiting that long, it's already a rush hour!
As for the fries, I must commend the staff on their creative interpretation of a "large" portion. It seems they've redefined the word to mean "half-filled box." It's almost like a game they play—how little can we give before the customer complains? Spoiler alert: they don't care. Ask for a refill and you get the same pitiful amount. Maybe they think it's a diet plan?
And don't even get me started on the service speed. It's like they're preparing a five-course meal instead of a burger and fries. The snail-paced service really gives you time to ponder questions, like "Why did I come here?" and "Is this even worth it?"
Bravo, McDonald's. You've truly mastered the art of disappointing...
