Stupid place, stupid stuff, they will serve what they have, and what they can prepare. They wonโt serve you the things you ordered. They wonโt stop you from ordering things that they canโt make. I ordered a flurry today. They gave me an ice cream with Biscoff on top. They didnโt make flurry out of it upon asking. Why is it not a flurry? Initially they said that this is how it is, then, after some argument, they said that that flurry machine isnโt working. Then, after asking asking for refund, they made flurry for me, miraculously, the flurry machine started working. They are very understaff. Thatโs why they prepare unwillingly half-heartedly, and they prepared things as fast as they can making blunder a guy named Vikas started an argument with me and started abusing telling me that I abused him first, which I didnโt. When I reached there, they called me My order is ready but they served me 3 veg aloo tick, and 1 McVeggie combo, and told me this is your order.
i said I had 2 McVeggie but they said it was one, but later they found I added one Non-Veg burger, which was not even started to cook, even i requested to manager to change nonveg to McVeggie which was an alternative, but they said they can only make as per order, even they did not start making it,
I accepted my mistake and i checked my order but it was missing 2 coke which was part of mcsaver, i went to them ask them again, and they said, your order is not completed, we are giving you 2 coke.
after getting Coke, before i started Eating, I found there was onion in my burger, i went to the manager again and asked them to check the order, and why i had onion in my order, they said, this is not my order, and they took all item back and give me what I order, now they make burger again by they mistake but they don't want to correct my mistake which was not even started cooking,
It took 30 minutes to finish my order even though they called me it was ready.

I ordered a mcspicy deluxe burger and they served without tomato and moreover they didnโt even let me know that they are out of tomatoes.. when I confronted them about it they told me they canโt make it you just have to eat it. After that conversation Mr Harsh came in picture and try to handle the situation , he also offered to put onion instead of tomato and I agreed. Then he asked me to return the original burger i asked him to put it on counter and once you served me with other one you can take it back to kitchen. He said youโre wasting the food. How i am wasting the food( I didnโt even touch the food with my bare hand and i am wasting it by putting in front of my counter), i paid for the order and you can serve me anything. Even second burger was not up to the mark. Patty was broken then i asked him to give me my money back and you can keep your masterpiece burger but he declined it and served me with third one why mocking that I donโt know about burgers and making fun of me..
To the dearest store owner if youโre looking at this please take some action and if you donโt wanna do that let me buy this store and i will show you how run store with good customer service. If i become the owner i will fire all evening staff people by just checking camera and testing their customer service skills.
