McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

You go to any Mac D outlet in Ahmedabad, whether its this paldi one or the kankaria one, the AC is never working in any season - be it summer, winter or monsoon..!!! They'll only say that it's just under maintainance today.. Then you go there again after 2 months, 6 months or after 2 years, they have same reason and same answer..!!! AC is always under maintainance - for all 12 months...!! It's never working even in full summers when its 45 degrees temperature outside..!!! And sometimes they even pretend to start the AC, so you feel happy, and by the time you realise that the AC is still not on, you have finished half of your food.. So you think why to mess with them, when you are already going to leave..!! And Thats their modus operandi..!! Are they just thinking of saving more & more money by not switching on AC..?? And who said, Mac D burgers are cheap..?? They started years back in India with the propaganda of selling fair price burgers for all segments of people.. Even then and even now, they showcase the minimum amount and then when billed its almost one and half of the price added in names of this & that taxes..!!! Why..?? And why do they add service tax when they give no service, as it is a "self-service" sector..?? They have become so much costly now... We went for a small birthday celebration recently.. We were 3 adults and 2 kids.. Just imagine what we paid for burgers and casual drinks..?? We paid almost 3000/- rupees - just for burgers..?!!!! If we had been to any Punjabi restaurant, we would have had full-fledge dinner in lesser bill actually...!!! Everytime I go to Mac D, I end up feeling...

Respected Sir/ Mam,

I have ordered Mc Chicken + Fries, Mc Aloo tikki + Fries and Mc veggie burger (free) on 29/07/2023 at 11:15pm online via swiggy.

Unfortunately I haven't received Mc veggie burger which was supposed to be free then I raised the complaint to swiggy customer care and after verifying they have spoken to the restaurant manager last night.

Restaurant Manager accepted his mistakes and couldn't deliver the missing order due to he didn't have delivery boy late night (As he Said).

They didn't solve my issue at same time however he said I will make sure that you will get your missing order next day with complimentary things as well by Midday.

I waited until midday today and finally rang restaurant and surprisingly the manager said he didn't know nothing about my issue as expected. He was neither promising nor interested to solve my issue as per the conversation.

Now I am editing my review at 3:00pm on 30/07/2023, just spoken to Mr Ashwin Patel, might be a manager there, he is asking me to place another small order through swiggy and then they will deliver my missing order with this. I asked his who is going to pay for that he said I have to bare the expenses. I am afraid whether it's funny or disgusting. Now it's not only matter about burger, its all about how these guys misleading their customers by giving the promos online. I guess I need to go to the consumer court to get that delivered.

Worst experience at this outlet of mcdonalds in my whole life first of all they gave me worst burger after spending on 326rs on my bill with no mayonnaise, burnt particles in burger and lettuce quality is also not good i have visited this branch at 3:32pm they serve the order on my table and guest service team had taken away my whole meal to change the burger then they came after 10minutes with fresh one till that time my fried get soggy and too much salty. After finishing my meal i have ordered fanta float they serve me with less quantity of fanta and ice cream and heavy quantity of ice cubes.

I will not recommend to come at this place also their AC is not working for cooling purpose they put a cooler in corner but it effects only that side of customer other customer will not able to sit...
