Disappointed by Recent Experiences at Right Mould Art Space
Right Mould Art Space used to be one of our favorite spots — the environment, the food, and the polite staff always made it a go-to place for us. We’ve visited many times and always had good things to say.
Unfortunately, our last two visits have been really disappointing.
During our first recent visit, we found a hair in our salad. We pointed it out, and while they did replace it, it left a bad taste — literally and figuratively. Still, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to return a couple of days later.
This time, we ordered two coffees, and again — there was a hair in one of them. We informed the staff, specifically the guy who takes the orders, and he didn’t even bother to say sorry. His response was completely indifferent and honestly, quite rude.
To make matters worse, my girlfriend asked for lactose-free milk as she's lactose intolerant. He bluntly said, "We don’t have that right now." When she asked if there was any way to arrange it, he snapped back with "Kaha se mangvau?" — and when we suggested apps like Zepto or Blinkit, he just brushed it off saying they don’t deliver there. Ironically, we ordered from Zepto ourselves and it arrived just fine.
We’re really confused and disappointed by how much the standards have dropped. Hygiene issues like hair in food are unacceptable, and rudeness from staff just makes it worse. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and restores the place to the warm, welcoming spot...
Read moreI enjoyed the food because it's Mleko, but there was one guy who was unnecessarily rude. I suspect he might be a partner or an employee with an "owner" attitude. He lacked basic politeness and had no sense of how to communicate properly. Sadly, kindness is something a lot of people lack, and he was definitely one of them. Here’s the story: My friend and I were standing right where the smoking zone arrow was pointing (it was a downward arrow), so naturally, we assumed it meant that spot. Then this guy came up to us and said that the smoking zone was actually to the left (they should really use a left arrow). Without any hesitation, my friend and I moved aside. But then, in a not-so-nice tone, he said, "I think we told you this last time" (even though I'd never seen him before), and continued for another 10 seconds. Without any argument, I apologized and moved aside. Just to clarify, I'm the last person who would disrespect or ignore the rules of any place. He could have easily been polite about...

One of my favorite pastimes here is sitting on the lawn and stargazing. The tranquil environment enhances the experience, making it an almost magical affair. The food and coffee are top-notch, with the Sandpiper Iced Latte standing out as my personal favorite—its unique blend of flavors is simply irresistible.
For me, this cafe is a soulful retreat, reminiscent of my hometown, Dehradun. The nostalgia and comfort I feel here are unmatched. The ambiance becomes even more enchanting during the rains. The sound of raindrops, birds chirping, and the gentle breeze rustling through the trees create a wholesome, immersive experience.
If you're looking for a place to relax, enjoy great food and coffee, and connect with nature, this cafe is the...
