Pathetic Experience. For Best in house experience one can ask for Ms. Anjali's assistance, She will definitely make your day remarkable. Let me share my experience, After ordering Corn Cheesy Toasties,Cheesy puff and Paneer Cheese Puff we set on the bench for waiting and asked the staff to switch on the table fan for us and Ms. Anjali replied that I need to Switch on the fan by myself. (As I was feeling hot I just ignored her rude response and switched it on by myself) After completing,As a good citizen my wife threw the waste paper in the dustbin but the plastic plate we kept it there on the table itself. Then She came and asked to take the plastic dish and give it to their other staff who was standing near to washing section. Never experienced this kinda behavior in such well known brand food court. I really don't like the service of this outlet. Because the lady at cash counter was not active. She didn't even take the order. Her co worker took it. At the time of payment the counter person told me wrong or say extra amount as she didn't listen to her co worker properly. I asked her to count, her co worker told the details to count the total bill amount that so fast that even god can't listen her properly. I think both should give more attention when customer is in front of them atleast that mush respect we deserve. She didn't give me a bill by saying the printer is not working, and didn't give me the hand written bill as she told me to give. One thing she simply told me 'Sorry sir'.
