Absolutely dreadful and surprising. I have ordered from here before and it was good. But this time it clearly seems that the food was prepared in a rush.

Issues with food:

Chicken curry: the flowing oil and fat on top covered a lot of box space. Had to take it out before eating.

Issues with the person I spoke with:

Called him initially to ask where my order is since it got delayed by 25 mins. Man tells me rudely to speak with my Zomato delivery partner who'd just told me he's waiting for the food inside the restaurant.

I understand that it was a Friday night and things can get very rushed. But it doesn't give them the excuse to speak to their customers like this. The man there needs to learn manners and realize that it is the customers who keep his restaurant running. This was my last order from this mannerless...

Alert 🚨 the restaurant is defrauding customers by charging extra amount 😡 and the staff was badly arguing…unprofessional behaviour…

Today We had our lunch in the restaurant…Ordered - Chicken hot n sour soup (4/5), Fried rice (3.5/5), Chilli chicken (3.5/5), Roti (4/5), Chicken bhuna masala (3.5/5) and Cold drinks…

Overpriced menu, they charged on bill 37 rs. more than the MRP for 10 rs. Cold drinks…as a customer we have the right to ask them…the staff said- No one questioned it before & “apko jo karna hain kar lena”…the fact is our complaint may be of small value but its impact on whole can be big…

We asked politely the question and paid total bill…very disappointed…this is the first restaurant in Vadodara where I have seen such a rude attitude...
