Mr. Multicuisine Restaurant and Banquets — Restaurant in Gujarat

The food was fine. Pretty standard, nothing extraordinary. Nothing horrible either. But the service is what was lacking. I had called (twice, once the day before to confirm) in advance to confirm reservation for 22 people for a party. And yet they found us space that was not enough. I had also asked if a la cart and buffet both will be available, which they said on the phone, then argued and made excuses when we got there. The. Finally the people that wanted a La cart sat separately which was satisfactory to them. Then the worst part was this - the people on the a La cart table had ordered a salad. 20-25 mins later the salad had not arrived so we asked about the situation. We were informed that that salad takes 40 mins to prepare because watermelon had to be grilled. And guess what?!? They had not even started the prep!! R U serious? So if we had not asked, when would we have been informed?!?!?!? Then some guy calling himself ‘Captain’ came and talked to us. We told him what happened. He said ‘he will take care of us’. And guess what, absolutely nothing! Nice way to ‘take care of us’. Oh, and a few others have written about slow service. Technically it’s unlimited food, but it comes so slow that you will feel full by the time the main course even starts!

I recently visited Mr. Multicusine Restaurant and overall had a positive experience. The restaurant offers a diverse range of cuisines, and the food was delicious. It took longer than expected for our orders to be taken and for the food to be served. This could be something for the management to address in order to enhance the overall dining experience.

On the bright side, the restaurant itself was very neat and clean. The ambiance was pleasant, with comfortable seating arrangements and a cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable, which added to the dining experience.

In conclusion, Mr. Multicusine Restaurant offers tasty food from various cuisines in a clean and well-maintained environment. We were 9 people who went for dinner, thinking it to be our best experience. But unfortunately it turned out to be our worst experience over there !
