Orange Courtyard — Restaurant in Gujarat

The food quality, staff behavior...management.....everything is very very bad... I had arranged one surprise plan for my husband birthday but when I reached there I was shocked.. Table was not decorated as they have shown me before in sample video.. No balloons.. No candles.. Me and my husband just waited for 15 minutes and they decorated table in front of us.. I was really feeling so embarrassed in front of my hubby as I was planned this as surprise and they really wipedout it... After that when we ordered food it was too bad.. Even we can't finish soup then same goes to starter... After than we never ordered main course n we left that in 30 min i would say dont plan any surprise in this...

The staff weren't treating nicely and not even helpful enough to give us a glass of water and even the food serving was very bad and slow.one waiter was so busy in seeing India vs Australia match that he would rather leave the plate to be served and go inside the hall to see the match. They totally ignored our repeated asking for water. They didn't even have enough glass ware as the plates given were chipped near the edges which could be sharp enough to cut a finger and just washing the used glass ware form other table with water and serving us. Even serving us chapatti and naan to us took a great while. They are not very polite and didn't have a good...

Do not get attracted with professional photos of hotel. I got a chance to visit last week, it was very bad experience. Seats(sofa) are not comfortable. When we went there rush is so hifh and there is not enpugh staff to handle this. And within 10 minutes electricity outage, no backup generator available for hotel who charging too high..

I didn't tasted food. But I think what you are payong is for thos fancy decorated umbrellas and some high stand bar...
