We started with fried wontons, we told the server, it's for the kid 7 y o, no tossing in the sauce, don't touch the sauce to the wontons, clear crisp atleast 8 times..he got the wontons on smeared sauce..at first we asked him to take in back, but my daught was in tears, she was hungry after school, so we dabbed them on tissue and she attempted eating with lemon ice tea, which was so sour that even as an adult I could have more than a sip. So we asked to replace the ice tea..he got it with hardly any lemon and lot of sugar syrup, then we realised the tea that was brewed, was bitter problby bcoz of longer brewing time..we were fed up by then and ordered an extra sweet lassi. Back up of garlic bread for my daughter which we doggy bagged. The dessert had just 2 options, out of which we selected the baked cheese cake..which arrived without the blue berry compote, 7 8 mm( I know what mm is, not typing error) 2 pieces of sesame brittle, no mint caviar..so we were sick of the service by then and we asked to cancel..ur staff insisted he will fix it..so he adds caviar and is back. To add to the worse time of our family lunch, the caviar was stale..I asked my danger to spit it. Made your staff, some chef/manager taste it..it was stinking stale, spoilt, we made sure they binned both the dabbis of caviar, you think if it's in oil it doesn't get spoilt. I did not want to spoil my daughter's weekend and we paid and left. Now we don't know how old and stale was all we ate. 1st we tried Ninis in January 2015, ur prahladnagar branch. And cg road summer 2024 ( not even 50% good of 2015). And today everything tucked. I just hope and pray we don't get...
Read more• On 09/07/2025, I visited Nini’s Kitchen – Rajkot with my family for dinner, and honestly, it was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
• After we were seated, despite repeatedly calling the staff to place our order, nobody bothered to come for almost half an hour. Even after several requests, the staff would look straight at us and blatantly ignore us as if we didn’t exist.
• The restaurant had only two people handling orders for all the tables, which meant that on average, just one person was available for every ten to twelve tables. Finally, after multiple reminders, our order was taken.
• However, the ordeal didn’t end there. Once the food arrived, the waiter would just dump the dishes on the table and walk away without any courtesy or follow-up service. Even for basic things like taking additional or repeat orders, we were forced to wait another 20–25 minutes each time.
• Items like roti or naan, which are basic staples, were served only after 30 minutes of waiting. The service was extremely slow, unprofessional, and dismissive—staff would deliberately avoid eye contact and act as though they hadn’t heard us at all.
• Considering the high prices, the food itself was average at best. The only positive aspect was the decent ambience. But when it comes to service, this place is absolutely zero.
• I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting even a basic level of hospitality or...
Read moreThe restaurant is absolutely wonderful! High ceilings, modern and beautifully decorated, with a cozy atmosphere. Some areas even offer a lovely view of the city through large glass windows. The only downside was the noise—it got quite loud at times due to the music and the many guests, making the overall sound level a bit overwhelming.
The waiters were attentive but not intrusive, especially when we made it clear that we needed more time to decide. The drinks were beautifully presented and had a natural, well-balanced taste.
For starters, we had mozzarella sticks, which were creatively served in small glasses. They weren’t just visually appealing but also tasted great. For the main course, we chose paneer in three different sauces. All of them were very mild, which, as a European, I found absolutely perfect. I also ordered lachha paratha—this was my first time trying it, and I think this was a great place for that experience.
And then came the dessert menu! It was incredibly hard to choose. In the end, we went with the Nutella cheesecake in a glass—and it was absolutely delightful. If we hadn’t already been so full, we definitely would have ordered more sweets.
Great concept, great food quality. I’d love...
