Humiliating & Horrible Experience

No management and arrangements for customers.

Rude gateman. They have placed a bouncer named Harpal Singh on gate, after finishing food we were asked to go outside of the restaurant for eating dessert.

In 45 degrees Celsius summer heat they have made a pathetic arrangement for distributing ice cream near to the staircase and lobby open/common area of the building. The restaurant is on third floor of the building and wonder how come the society of the building premises is allowing restaurant to operate in such manner.

My 65 year old father and 80 year old grandmother were insulted and humiliated by the gatemen, when they requested for water. Bouncer said as per hotel rules once we are outside of the restaurant gate we are not allowed to go inside. My family requested him that we do not intend to go inside and rather he can ask someone to give us water outside. But he refused! He said once customer is outside of the restaurant they are not allowed anything from inside. In summer heat and Sunday rush hour it was a very humiliating experiance. With all due sincerety and honesty we are making this report. All this is recorded in the CCTV and if accountable persons of the Octant Pizza and Ghee Gud management Mr. Sunil Jesani care to investigate, he should once check the incident footage on Sunday 01/05/2022 at 14:30 to 14:45 hours. We felt threatened and humiliated. This was a very horrible experience in a city like Ahmedabad and for the first time we felt that the safety reputation of the city is being harmed by such incompetent persons. People with no basic courtesy and no training are being appointed in a family restaurant. A bouncer at the gates of a family restaurant is a first in Ahmedabad.

Visited with my whole family with four senior citizens - a total of 16 persons.

Many people shall vouch, this place is cheating customers in name of unlimited food and menu options. The quality of food and menu options are bad.

wish authorities take action against such places who are cheating customers.

There are a lot of things which we want to write, but this is not the right platform. I want to give zero rating for Octant Pizza - Vaishnodevi Branch. We visited octant pizza for the first time on 28th Jul 2022 for dinner as it was in our wish list to visit as it is over hyped. But to our disappointment it was a very humiliating & horrible experience that it spoiled our dinner mode. We have never faced such an insult to any of the amdavad or other place where hospitality is the key & soul of everything. Being an amdavadi I am very sad as it happened with me in my Amdavad. Dear owner of the Octant Pizza, Requesting you to please give some training to your staff management specially your restaurant manager-slim boy(I do not know his name but he said he is punjabi) he was so rude with me & my husband we felt humiliated he was literally talking with so high pitch n literally shouting just because we asked him to give us good place to sit as most of the place were occupied & he said us to sit near salad counter which had so much noise, dirt and no ventilation and cooling at all. He was shouting n his vocal cord were so high we were humiliated and we had no mood to take dinner though we were dam hungry as it was 9pm and the man at the payment counter saw everything and didn't intervin that what happened we said give our money back(which dey already take before meal which is not good) he(punjabi restaurant manager&payment desk boy) didn't apologized for their rude behavior and we went out without having dinner. Heard all the hype for this place and let me tell you yes it was worth the hype

●Starters 10/10 I think they overkilled starter game with all the items (1) they have separate items hot items that consists of hot pastas,rice,noodles with addition of momos paneer,chili,and they have multiple types of all items like they have 3 types of noodles 3 types of rice

(2)this one is the live counter if you will when they serve garlic toast,French fry,freshly baked brownies,lacha parathas and paneer dry.

(3)this is the punjabi platter with 2 punjabi sabji,dalfry & jeera rice and gulab jambu

(4)this is cold salad counter plus they have a jain salad counter

(5)they server 2 types of hot soup and have a live chat counter thay serves pani puri,dahi puri,puri chat plus a dessert counter with unlimited serving of pastries and icecream they have 5 flavor icecreams available and a live mocktails counter where they server 4 types of mocktails freshly made and served on your table

☆ Keep in mind all the above mentioned items are all you can eat just keep in mind to not waste food

After all these above mentioned starters we go on to the main course they serve 4 types of pizza and 1 type of garlic bread altho i prefer the garlic toast in place of the bread all the items are served hot not a sing item was not streaming hot staff was very friendly and helped a lot all in all this place serves food for everyone's pallet like you will have something for everyone's taste and they really have good aesthetics and they also take party and birthday reservations and for all the food they provide it is a value for money in my eyes from what i fell hope they maintain this quality for a...
