Subway Vaishnodevi Circle — Restaurant in Gujarat

I enjoy subs over anything, I often visit this subway at evening hours. Today the lights were closed i thought it's closed, later i just see through the glass it was open. It was Just half hour back at 10:34pm I asked the gentleman to make me a sub, like most of the time staff didn't even bother to listen, as he was busy making another. But never mind. Although this is 3rd time happen to me. On my turn he made the sub improperly the veggies were coming out I just noticed how much hurry he was. He packed it for a take away i didn't mention before. I had my sit for my meal and then I went back for the green subway tray,

"Can I have tray" I asked him. "No" he refused straight away and said "bhaar jaake khalo"

It annoyed me, I asked him "are you serious?"

" Sir closing time hai only take away allowed"

I was surprised, I showed him the time which was 10:40pm, (Usually close timings for outlet is 11:00pm) I requested him " please let me it will hardly take me 10min" He refused. " Sir tray dhul gayi hai " he said.

I replied "I'm your customer and this service you will provide me"

He respond " Aaap yahi khaalo"

I ate my Sub anyway. I realised they are always in a hurry to close the outlet before time. I have notice that in the behaviour and the way they make the sub, Sub Which is always at it's satisfactory. But the behaviour is not at all and this is not my first tim experience at the same out let.

Behaviour is the least of the service any customer...

Pathetic Staff at this location .I went to get a Sub in the morning on 22nd Aug at 1100 hrs.There was no arrangement of dine in due to AC under maintenance . The Staff named Bhavin made my subway sandwich and was unusually quiet .He refrained all my queries about how i prefer the sandwich to be made or how is the business .Initially I assumed he was dumb and can not speak ,when I confirmed ,He looked at me and his mouth was full of Gutka .He tried to answer in the similar situation but couldnt .

I couldn’t believe my eyes and asked him to go and spit it out .Once he was back,he sounded angry .Since it was hot outside ,I chose to sit inside even when the AC was unserviceable.Bhavin asked me to step out showing the placard that only take away service available due to Ac unavailability.I asked if the procedures are only meant for customers and not applicable to him that he was chewing gutka at work specially while servicing .He replied angrily that he has already spat it out and asked us to leave .

I made a video and clicked his pictures and sat outside the restaurant to have my sub .He then realised that he could offer a chair outside his restaurant but not inside.

Least expected from a place like subway ,way way below...

am shocked to see totally untrained staff at internationally renowned food chain. Rude , no greeting, no service...it took half an hour for the staff to make my sandwich even though there was no other customer. Upon asking they said ki first they need to finish their work, mobile, than they wld serve us. I've taken a video nd upon asking their name they said soo sercastically ki dalo dalo video. extremely disappointed with...
