Keeping so called low priced "Buffet" Diwali offers and serving low quality food with no quality courteous professional services are most famous business policies now a days to compete with Vadodara's food market.
Sorry but to be very honest; we recently visited with a mid sized family group to offer a lunch treat on Bhai-beej and the Orizon guys eventually proposed for Rs. 230 Lunch Buffet offer; which we trusted and followed.
With no surprise; the 1st floor buffet hall Manager was being non-courteous and non-welcoming asked us to pay in advance prior to even having lunch and we paid the bill even before tasting it.. What a policy ?? By having very "thin and watery" Veg. Manchow Soup with soggy fried noodles; non-soft and rocky Manchurian with one Paneer Veg. and a Veg. gravy with likely to be with old stored one Veggies ( not look like fresh beans veggies) without any "Items Tags" on each items displayed were really very confusing. While asking 2 fellows about Paneer Veg. names; we received two different names of the Paneer Veg.; which clearly reflected the NO control of quality assurance.
The 2 stars for the food is only for "very thin" Daal fry, Roti and Jeera rice only; since other items were really so so... not meeting the taste criteria.
This review is the clear reflection of our experience, value for money and different quality standards in Ala-carte menu items and such low priced offers; to be well taken care off.
Please DO NOT offer; if you guys can't meet high quality standards compromising customers health during festivity...
Read moreAttended Retirement party of My colleague today on 29 Jan 25. If there is an option for negative star ratings i would give - 5 stars reasons are
The Moong dal halwa was stale presumably the leftovers from the previous week( Not days) was served. When complained the same was not replaced instead additional halwa was brought and both stale and additional were mixed.
The Starter was also stale . It was clearly having distinct stale smell
The Mix veg was having more of potatoes and very less of other vegetables. Additionally the same was also a mixed vegetable but the mixture was of stale and damaged sabzi of some previous week with the fresh subzi .
The rice were also of cheap quality.
Dal was also having no salt
The only edible items were Papad and salad as these cannot be mixed with stale food.
In totality just felt a waste of time attending the retirement celebration.
Would never recommend to go with these guys serving mixed stale food to guests in celebration considered the event as a...
