"I had an incredible dining experience at The Gourmet Bistro last weekend. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt at home. The ambiance was cozy yet modern, with soft lighting and elegant decor that set the perfect mood for the evening.

The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, all with a unique twist on classic recipes. I started with the truffle-infused mushroom soup, which was rich and bursting with flavor. For my main course, I had the pan-seared salmon with a citrus glaze, perfectly cooked and accompanied by fresh, seasonal vegetables. Every bite was a treat!

The service was impeccable throughout the night; our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent wine pairings. To finish off, I indulged in their signature chocolate lava cake, which was decadent and beautifully presented.

Food quality is below average I would say nasty instead of below average.👎

Before order make sure you confirm the receipe of an item order as Tomato soup 🍜 has Cardamom and lemon. 😲

Food serve is cold while the finger bowl is too hot. It should be vise versa.🔁

And the aghast answer from operation manager is food bring from kitchen to table takes some time and inspite of giving optimistic answer he started to defend himself.🤭😳

Operation manager need to be very careful in his words been an hotelier. 🤫

I would apply for charge back💲 but again thinking on the property facilities they won't be able to.

Never thought this could be an experience based on mouth to mouth publicity.✖️

The Aura is not as per the restaurant fame.

Need to go with musical instrument 🎼🎧 if you need to enjoy yourself else you would be happy to hear the gausip of next table.💤🤓

No idea if this could be the shut down/ Shifting of the property but overall the property is not the right choice for value of food.

Food was good. So was the service, quick like the beats of jazz.

One of the few areas where improvement can be done is it's interior, especially the furniture. Even the seat arrangements were so close, we could overhear the other diners. Music? Why wasn't there music. With such squeezed up arrangements, you got to have music to cancel out other noises.

Also, washed glasses for water were placed upside down on the dining table which dirtied the mouth of the glass rendering us diners to first clean it with a tissue, which by the way, were given to us in abundance. The seats were not cleaned properly after the first customer left requiring us to wait while they got it cleaned after having asked them to.
