Picaso The Master Chef — Restaurant in Gujarat

Definitely the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. To start with they've placed water bottles on the table so we thought it's complimentary but after we opened the bottle they smartly came and told that its paid and they charged us an exorbitant Rs 145 for one bottle.

Then we ordered tropical spice mocktail (guava+chilli) but they gave us some citrus drink and even after telling them that this is the wrong order, they assured us its the right drink. We told them to get it replaced and the second time we got the correct drink.

Later we had ordered pizza Alle Verdure. When it was served the entire table was smelling foul and it was evident the cheese had gone bad and was stale. We asked them to take back the pizza and complained and told them to cancel all orders. To which the manager is trying to explain us why it's smelling and forces us to have another pizza margherita. We declined and told them we want to leave but after lot of persistence from manager we had the pizza and it was decent no doubt. They even billed us for the stale pizza and didn't even cancel our orders and packed it to us so that they can bill it. I think it's basic courtesy in hospitality (since I've worked in this industry) to give the Margherita Pizza for free which they practically forced us to have even though we declined.

All in all just a horrible experience from the moment we sat down till the very end. Totally wouldn't recommend it, only go to click pictures in the good interiors...

Location: Prime and easy location…

Parking: Free parking (on the road side)…

Atmosphere: A very classy restaurant with light music & nice ambiance…

Menu: Chinese, Indian, South Indian, Italian cuisine, Mughlai - all cuisine are available including large beverage menu and dessert options…(Both veg.& non-veg.)

Food: Excellent !!! We ordered -Smoked chicken momo (4/5) best momo I have ever had, Chicken neo pizza (3.5/5), Burnt garlic chicken fried rice (4.5/5), Schezwan chicken (5/5), Strawberry juice (3/5), Iced tea (4/5)…

All are freshly cooked, flavourful, delicious, good quality and enough portion…

Price: A bit expensive but the quality of the food makes it worthwhile…(our total bill was 3299/- for two)

Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic…

Service: Great service, attentive staff, they are professional and friendly…

We will definitely visit again…This time we were full so couldn’t try any dessert item…We want to taste other food items from the menu next time whenever we go…

I will definitely recommend Picaso the master chef restaurant to anyone looking for authentic food & a wholesome dining experience...

I had planned 70th birthday dinner for my wife. Prior to confirming we (our friends, my wife & I) met with Narendra and discussed menu, timing, price etc. We were provided exclusive (private room) for our event. Narendra provided detailed menu and assured us that the food will be delicious, served in a timely fashion, right temperature etc. and all commitments made by Narendra were more than fulfilled - Excellent. We confirmed all details and everything was prepared and served as planned. Bijendra who was managing the overall dinner ensured that all items were served as planned and on time. His staff was very flexible and also fulfilled individual requests. Five guests joined after most guests had eaten their appetizers. Narendra, Bijendra and Sujit ensured that late comers were served appetizers promptly (right temperature) and ensured that all guests completed their meal in a timely fashion so that there were no delays in cutting the cake. All guests liked the food and service. Some of them mentioned that they really liked the food and will come back for dinner or lunch. We highly recommend Picaso for celebrating birthdays, wedding anniversary etc. and also coming...
