What was meant to be an enjoyable meal turned out to be a highly disappointing and unhygienic experience.

Here are the key issues we observed:

Poor Food Quality & Hygiene Concerns: The fries served to us had lumps of what appeared to be raw masala in them. These "masala balls" were unappetizing and raised serious concerns about hygiene and preparation standards. The chicken served was visibly undercooked, making it unsafe for consumption. The pizza was coated with what can only be described as a raw masala-like gravy, which not only lacked any appealing flavor but also tasted completely uncooked. The Pepsi had a film of oil on the surface which is clearly visible in the picture.

Inadequate Staffing:

At the time of our visit, only one staff member, Mr. Anthony, was managing the entire outlet. He was the only person taking orders, serving food, and attending to over 12 guests. This is completely unacceptable for any food outlet, let alone a brand like Pizza Hut.

Lack of Accountability and Customer Courtesy:

When we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the poorly prepared items, our request was outright denied, with staff saying that refunds are “not company policy.”

This dismissive attitude compounded our frustration and left a sour impression...

Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Pizza Hut with my wife. The food, service, and hygiene were all subpar.

We ordered the Mexican Fiesta Pizza, which promised jalapeno and black olives as toppings. However, our pizza arrived without a single piece of either. Our pasta was also undercooked, and the cold drink came in a broken glass with visible dirt on the rim. The lack of hygiene was alarming.

When we brought these issues to the staff's attention, they acknowledged the mistakes but failed to offer a satisfactory solution. No refund or replacement with quality food was offered, only a free cold drink. To add insult to injury, our invoice was initially withheld, and when I requested it, the staff member retrieved a crumpled copy from the dustbin.

I've attached photos of our disappointing experience. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this Pizza Hut location. In contrast, our subsequent pizza order from Domino's was a slight...

New competitors of others pizza outlet... And I think it's best for pizza.. But it's costly but worth.. We tried veg. Supreme and veg. Kabab surprise.. And it's awesome amazing.. Must try.. Nice place.. Atmosphere good.. Service good.. Behavior of waiter is nice.. But it's disappointed when we creat orders online than in the offers area we order 1+1 offers.. In this offers we can add any pizza with some extra charges.. But this offers in offline we can't add any other pizza ony few of pizza can add.. And this offers only valid when we choose take away option.. So we can't seat there.. So pizza Hut need to improve this.. Otherwise tastes of this pizza awesome.. Pizza bread is nice soft..this place is small in areas so in weekend it's crowded.. My first experience of pizza Hut is nice..
