Size Zero Cafe — Restaurant in Gujarat

Worst Experience Ever –

I ordered an Italian Sandwich worth ₹220 and a French Vanilla (₹130). What I received was shocking:

The sandwich was completely different from what’s shown in the menu – tasteless, low quality, and nothing like the picture.

The French Vanilla was never delivered.

When I asked the Swiggy rider, he told me to “talk to Swiggy.” And guess what? Swiggy only refunded ₹21 instead of ₹130 for the missing item! This is daylight robbery.

👉 Customers are not paying for excuses – we are paying for food. 👉 If a restaurant like Size Zero cannot deliver what they promise, they should not be listed. 👉 Swiggy must be accountable too – incomplete refunds for undelivered items is cheating.

I’m attaching pictures for proof. People deserve to know how carelessly Size Zero handles orders and how Swiggy fails to protect its customers.

I visited here and ordered pull apart garlic bread, maxican sandwich, piri piri fries and brownie thick shake. I would say my experience was "moderate" because as per the price of the item the quantity was very less and the piri piri (peri peri) fries could be better. As per my experience it should taste a bit more like piri piri. And also the brownie thick shake we ordered,it was amazing ,but the price was high compare to others. I visited this location today, and while the ambiance was pleasant, it was also somewhat exhausting. We were experiencing eye burn from the food they prepare. Speaking of the food, we ordered pull-apart garlic bread, piri piri fries, thickshakes, and sandwiches.
