Extremely Disappointing Experience from Maninagar Outlet

I ordered pizza and pasta from this outlet, and the experience was highly unsatisfactory.

The pizzas were dripping with oil, with no proper flavor to enjoy.

I had ordered Pasta with a Puff Bowl, but the puff bowl was not delivered. Later, I was told it was out of stock—yet this was never informed at the time of confirming the order, and I was still charged the full amount.

When I raised this issue, the staff justified it by saying “many customers don’t eat the puff bowl anyway”. a completely unprofessional and degrading comment about their own product.

Moreover, the person handling my query clearly lacked basic customer service skills and needs proper training on how to communicate with customers.

Overall, this was one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had. I would definitely not recommend or order from here...

Puff base is no doubt really innovative and is the only reason for which they get an extra star. The sauces and taste of pizza is however generic and like any other pizza food chain. The outlet is small and has no ambience and very small dining area. Overall is a must...
