Reliance Fresh — Local services in Gujarat

I don't know who's gonna read or react. Because I'm really really disappointed with Reliance Fresh service. Here's the issue, my mother is a regular customer of this outlet. One fine day she went there and purchased some grocery, at the time of payment she handed over a debit card but unfortunately their machine didn't work. It showed that money is been deducted from the bank but it wasn't reflecting in their system. So the executive asked to pay in cash and assured that the money will be refunded once we'll provide the bank statement the next day. Next day we handed over the copy of the statement, they said after 1 week money will be refunded. We waited for 1 week. Nothing happened. We again went there and inquired, this time a higher posted person assured that they've recorded our entry in their database but have some issues so we'll have to again wait for 1 more week. This is the third time since they've sent us back and asked to rest assured. Till now, there is no refund we've got. It's going to be 1 month since this has happened. This is a question on company's reputation. Mr Ambani is launching Reliance Jio (claimed to be the fastest network across India). In this fastest digital world does it take 1 month to reverse a small bank transaction? Is this fair enough...

Not having lot of options to choose..poorly managed and inadequate staff personnel. Sometimes the price list are not on the product plus the prices are not the same. U need to verify actual price by taking the product to counter..Fruits and veggies are not fresh if u go in the evening...Mostly Morning walk people come early and take the fresh fruits and veggies..They have very nominal discount on the product..Suppose if u buying curd and mrp is 30rs then Reliance fresh would be 29rs..juz a 1rs difference and it doesn't matter if u buy from local kirana or provisional stores..price difference is not significant untill and unless if u r buying reliance in-house products and counters are slow and remember the price of the product might not be same at which u have purchased coz their systems updates the latest prices but price list in the store is...
