Worst experience over 2 cups of coffee. When asked for a stronger coffee I was asked for extra charges. This is just first time ever that I was asked to pay extra for a stronger coffee. And the person never informed us earlier that it would cost extra for a stronger coffee. I think a small tapri also never ask for extra amount for a strong coffee. They had banners of offers they hadn't still introduced and there was only a single staff member present at the location who was clueless and lost while taking the order. He couldn't figure out the deals available and needed to call the manager time and again to confirm things. 20-30 minutes into waiting the staff and the manager on the call said the offers arent valid yet.

Amazing ambience, pathetic management....
