Quarter Pizza, Multicuisine Buffet with 111+ Varieties, All Unlimited — Restaurant in Gujarat

This is the first place where I have had this experience.. there is a box where in there are 16 types of mukhwas (mouth freshener) out of which 15 were empty and one had powder of it left , when you ask the management to refill the same , they tell it is not there in menu and hence you cannot demand. Arrogant , unprofessional and irresponsible staff with worst management. The food counters are narrow and you will be lost once you enter the place. First few minutes goes in figuring out where the dishes are and from where to take the food. The kitchen section is just adjacent which makes even more confusing. The staff doesn't respond if you ask refill if any dish is over. They have section wise seating which is good but the ambience is not good for which the loud music adds up . Literally we had to tell 5 times in span of 2 hours to reduce the volume. The taste was just ok. Nothing special about this place when compared to other similar places serving pizza buffet. Their pizza and garlic bread just contains cheese and nothing else. They mention 56 varieties of food items in menu but I don't think it's worth. Various types of pastas , Maggi, rice are good. There is live jalebi counter which I had to see for 3 minutes to get to know it was jalebi under preparation. In no way it looks like jalebi. Mind it ! An additional thing is that there is a live dosa counter too but I don't know how can you have dosa and pizza in a single plate!! Imagine!!! This is the first place on planet where in you have to finish food , pay the bill , go outside the restaurant on the walkway and get the ice cream scoop only when you show the paid receipt. And the incident repeats when the chocolate brownie was over the store manager says it is not on menu and hence you cannot demand it. We keep it only to surprise the customers. seriously?? Surprise how , by keeping an empty brownie container ??!! I wonder how will this outlet sustain with this attitude and mentality. Good luck...

1st let me tell you why i cut two stars. Its for premium cheese garlic bread, bread crumbs and no person availability in self-service area. I'm talking about lunch time. While having main course server don't know that premium cheese garlic bread is also into the manu. If you want that, you'll have to tell him/her for it then they will serve you, otherwise they won't. Talking about bread crumb, they don't keep it in front at self-service area. If you want it then you'll have to ask someone from their cooking area then they'll give you and again will keep it under the table so no one can see it. But problem is everyone is cooking at that area and no one is there to whom we ask for breadcrumbs. And same problem with trays and plates. It becomes outof stock and no one there to whom we can ask for more. Otherwise in good side, taste of everything is very very good from starters to main course to sweet dishe. In dining area proper staff if available and their behaviour is friendly and helpful. Interior is fantastic and sitting capacity is very large. Bathroom is clean, proper water comes in there and mirror is also clean. They'll check temperature and give sanitizer...

I don't want to give even one star but there is no option to give 0 star. The worst place to eat pizza .I was personally a fan of Octane pizza for their unlimited package. Their prices has been always high compared to others. But i dont know what went wrong this time when i visited this Waghodia branch. We ordered unlimited dinner as usual and then started the disaster. The soup was cold. The cold salads were not much tasty either. Even the hot pasta 2 variety were dry and mild in taste. So i awaited for the main item their pizza. And to my utter dissatisfaction the Margherita was totally dry,burnt from the top but undercooked from the bottom.. But I fear going to any Octane pizza now having such a bad experience. Totally dissatisfied with the experience. The ambiance was best of all but then that's it.
