I was really disappointed with both the service and the sweets at this shop. It feels like a scam when it comes to their traditional sweets (mithai). The display shows an attractive variety in the box, but what they actually serve is noticeably different and of lower quality. The staff were also very unhelpful they barely responded when I asked about prices or details of the sweets. I even spoke to the owner, but unfortunately, he was equally unresponsive. There were only a few customers in the shop at the time, yet no one seemed interested in addressing my concerns. Overall, it’s not worth the reputation they claim to have. Rude behaviour when you go for return their distorted product. Egoistic mindset of their employees especially two persons on the billing counter. even the manager was rude to customers…he need to learn customer service first..

i been waiting for 20 min for my food and they were serving other people so when i asked him about it he behaved like he don’t care…

Product quality is not that much as compared to 2-3yrs ago.

I sincerely hope that you will take action against your manager and staff otherwise your business will not sail through...
