When I inquired if they were open, they confirmed, so I placed an order for tea. However, the staff rudely informed me it would take half an hour due to online orders.

I politely suggested they could prepare my tea alongside the online orders, but instead of addressing my request professionally, the staff's behavior turned worse. They responded rudely and questioned if I only needed tea, as if it was a bother for them to serve me.
