I had a very disappointing experience at your establishment. The staff were extremely rude, especially towards my 8-year-old child. One staff member shouted at him simply for asking about a specific waffle, which completely ruined his mood and we ended up not ordering at all. When I tried to address the issue, the staff member spoke to me in the same disrespectful tone. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, particularly in a place that should be welcoming to families and children. I hope this matter is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to ensure better customer service...

I recently visited this outlet of the Belgian Waffle. I ordered a chocolate overload waff-wich which is no maida waffle( as per the description on the LED there) . After 10 minutes I inquired about the order placed, and now the staff is asking me to make payment, and once I made the payment, he informed me that it will take 10 minutes to process the order.

I told him that he could have informed me about the same before I made the payment as I had placed the order within 2 minutes of entering.

I was equally shocked to see the batter tubs were lying uncovered. So, hygeine is also...
