During my stay at the Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara, Gujarat, I had a truly exceptional experience. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's on-site restaurant. The dinner I had was truly exceptional. I indulged in a delectable combination of rice with fish sauce curry, murghi masala, baygon roasted curry, and curd. The flavors were outstanding, and the thandooei chicken was perfectly cooked, creating a marvelous combination with roti. The dessert options of samaiya gheer and beetroot halwa were simply delightful. The samaiya gheer was a new and amazing variety, while the beetroot halwa was a wonderful twist on a classic dessert. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the chefs for creating such a memorable and satisfying dining experience.
Throughout my stay, the hotel staff demonstrated a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. The enhanced cleaning measures and the availability of sanitation products were evident and provided peace of mind. The staff also diligently followed social distancing protocols, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

On duty Security staff was least bothered about Security Check & he just simply allowed me to go in. I literally felt that it's so easy for anyone to get inside this hotel & felt little unsafe.
C/-in was quick & smooth Welcome Drink not served / not offered Luggage Assistance asked. I don't know guest relationship team was present in the hotel or not, one staff was busy on call at nearby desk
I requested for a room upgrade or a big room in size & I believe big size room / upgrade was offered but if this is the big size room, then standard room may be very small / tiny.
Room was very good - Specifically Bed was amazing & I had very peaceful sleep.
Worst part about room was Working desk Chair or One of the sofa chair had some sweat or some other stains on fabric, Working desk Chair fabric was torn.
Most of the furniture & fixtures are old in room & joints were loose & shaking.
AC Control unit operating button / system seems to be very old and some time not working properly.
Package Drinking water was not placed in the room, instead of that 2 regular tap / filter water bottles placed in the room, I really felt whether this water is pure & clean or not before drinking & this gives very cheap feeling like staying in a decent lodge O what ?
Room sleepers were not placed / provided in room.
Housekeeping team whosoever cleaned my room, special thanks to them, they were really good.
Shower & Wet area- Anti slip mat is not placed / provided, during shower I was about to slip 2-3 times & this may cause major incident with any other guest.
Unfortunately my stay was very short & I had to attend the wedding in city hence haven't got time try F & B.
I paid my bill in cash & I was supposed to get 10 Bucks back but night staff didn't had change, which is absolutely fine, even I didn't want to take it back, it is not the matter of 10 bucks but Morning staff must have courtesy to ask / offer change, specially when night staff said we will return in morning.
C/Out was smooth & quick Worst part about C/out was - I asked Aritra for Front Office Manager & Genral Manager's Business Card, Pathetically Cards were not available at reception, if card is not available then official email id of both to share this feedback on email instead of here which will cause down in Ratings.
My experience went even more worst when instead of Front Office Manager or General Manager's Card / email - Aritra shared a Sales Executives business card with me, there is nothing wrong in sharing sales teams card but here it shows completely lack of training, whome to & in what case we offer sales teams Card, I am not the one who came to see the property for Wedding, some functions or corporate rate deal etc. With who you can share sales team card for further details to be discussed with.
At the end & to sum up- I believe This is my second stay in this property & I had shared detailed feedback during last stay also but no improvements.

The well-equipped workstation area provided the perfect setting for late-night business calls, while the heavenly bed ensured a restful night's sleep - I slept like a baby for a solid seven hours.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. Opting for the breakfast and dinner package, I was treated to a delectable buffet spread that left my taste buds tingling. The variety and quality of dishes, especially for non-vegetarians, were impressive, catering to every palate with finesse.
The staff at Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara deserve special commendation for their exceptional service. Always attentive and humble, they went above and beyond to ensure that every need was promptly attended to.
