I had an extremely disappointing experience at Real Paprika. The manager and owner were outright rude, showing zero regard for customer comfort. Despite customers being seated, they turned off the AC abruptly. Even when set to 16°C, the cooling was ineffective, making the environment uncomfortably hot — a clear lack of basic hospitality .

While this is one of top places for unlimited food in Bhuj the taste and quality is very average. The dough and bread bases are very thick, which ruins the taste of pizza and garlic/cheese breads. The puff pizza isn't actually puff pizza, they don't even know what is puff pizza. The cold drinks served in unlimited aren't carbonated and tastes like sugar syrup. The person who stands at the billing counter has no manner in dealing with the customers. I made a mistake by going there by I will never visit Madhapar's Real Paparika again. Food department should investigate this restaurant because everyone is complaining about the food and it's quality.
