Disappointing Experience at Kutch Kitchen

I hope this review finds you well. I recently had an experience at your restaurant that compelled me to write this review. As a customer who values respectful and courteous communication, I was taken aback by the language used by some of your team members during my visit.

I believe that fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere is crucial in any dining establishment. Unfortunately, during my visit, I encountered instances where certain team members used inappropriate language that was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. As a member of the larger human community, I strongly believe in the power of kind and considerate language, especially when interacting with customers.

I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but it's essential for team members to be mindful of their choice of words, even in challenging situations. I had an opportunity to provide some on-the-spot guidance to your team during my visit, but I believe this issue needs to be addressed on a broader scale.

Additionally, I'd like to express my disappointment with the way feedback was received. Every establishment makes mistakes, and I believe that the true measure of a restaurant's quality lies in its ability to acknowledge and learn from these mistakes. Unfortunately, my attempt to share my feedback was met with resistance and defensiveness, which left me feeling unheard and disheartened.

Food here is good and light (Less Oily). In terms of taste it's okay ! Other than food ambiance is awesome and well maintained. You will have one Golf EV that will take you from parking to restaurant with exciting and thrilling ride . Cool !

One thing that I found is not good is ...You will have to pay Smriti Van Fees and parking fees too at the gate . Which is that big amount ! It's only Rs.20 per person ... but I don't found it legitimate . In compensation of that restaurant provides 25% discount which is fair enough ...But this can be changed as per your terms and conditions !

Very worst experience in my life I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone in my life I have order starter and main course together to save time but at first in any of the resturent starter will come but at kutch kitchen they will first serve the main course and then they will serve you the starter on asking they said you have order both the things together so food will come together so that your main course will be let aside and it will be kept to be cooled before you eat the food. So,if you want to eat spicy food dont come to kutch kitchen as there spicy food is below normal food and dont have any special foods for spicy...
