I had one of the worst dining experiences at Sankalp Restaurant near Statue of Unity.

I ordered Pav Bhaji, but what they served was not bhaji at all – it was more like pav pani (watery gravy). And for this disappointment, they charged a shocking ₹280 per plate!

Honestly, even a roadside stall’s pav bhaji tastes way better than what Sankalp served. The only reason they survive here is because tourists keep coming, not because of quality. And, most of the tourist comes one time only.

Totally overpriced, and disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
