Shambhu's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Gujarat

NEVER EVER GO THERE IN A HURRY Restaurant does NEPOTISM (serving ppl who come late before the ones already sitting). Not worthy of 1* as well. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone. We (my family & i) felt betrayed by them. Scenario: We said that we have flight to catch tell us what item will be ready quickly. Waiter said "Sir, 10min toh lagega kutch bhi banene me. ek kam kariyea dosa order kariyea" & so we ordered dosa only to later only to remind the waiter twice more & visiting the kitchen 3 times. After 27min (exact, sry but was counting as i had a flight) we left because he was serving dosa to ppl who came after us & he had not even started making our dosa.

WORST PART: all cab drivers recommend it & the restaurant not only leaves a bad impact of Ahmedabad on tourists like me but also because of it we intern give the driver a lecture (story) of how our trust was betrayed & obviously never take any tourist there...

I recently visited your coffee bar, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, the coffee was absolutely delicious, and your staff was friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the latte art on my cappuccino, which added a special touch.

I also appreciated the variety of options on your menu. Whether someone is a coffee connoisseur or simply looking for a delightful beverage, your coffee bar has something for everyone. The assortment of pastries and snacks complemented the coffee beautifully.Furthermore, the cleanliness and organization of your coffee bar were noteworthy. It's evident that you maintain high standards in terms of hygiene and presentation, which is especially important in today's environment.

I'll definitely be returning for more coffee and recommending your coffee bar to friends and family.

Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype or the Price Even Pathetic Manager behaviour

Visited this place recently and ordered Lemon Ice Tea, Peach Ice Tea, and a Tandoori Sandwich. Shockingly, both the teas looked and tasted exactly the same — no hint of lemon or peach, just plain sugary water passed off as "flavored" tea.

The Tandoori Sandwich was a bigger letdown. It was overloaded with garam masala to the point it overpowered every other taste. The filling was made of stale paneer and old mutter (peas), smothered with a bit of cheese — absolutely not worth the steep Rs. 250 price tag.

Tried raising the issue with the manager, only to be met with an arrogant and dismissive response: “It will be this kind only.” Zero customer service, no accountability. Completely unprofessional behavior.
