Shetty's kitchen_ Best South Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the pathetic Restaurant visited in recent times in terms of Service & ambience. We were 4 adults with 2 kids visited the restaurant with so much of excitement and craving of South indian food, they ruined the evening of ours and kids. 3 of us finished with our food till than they didn't served the food to ours kids and one of the pregnant lady with us. Even after the multiple reminders that still our dishes are pending to serve no staff was interested to rush and bring our rest of the ordered food, that so basic dishes like sada paper dosa with cheese and maysore masala dosa.We will never ever going to rely on Instagram post or food bloggers bec they show something else and reality is far different, most shocking was when we gave our feedback at the time of billing they were not that interested to apologize or can take the feedback as positive manner, just by saying next time we will look for it so we paid the bill and left the place. We were standing outside the restaurant and that the same person from counter approached us and tried to humiliate us in front of the other customers that we haven't paid our bill and left the counter, we went back in and asked them to check their gpay and then after they confirmed us that yes payment is already received. We were so disappointed and felt disgusted that we had good options like 22nd , milton and etc still we were trapped due to Insta reels and visited this place. I mostly avoid to give negative review to anyone though i don't like the food or services, but the way they treated us i thought to share it with others so they can take the wise decision.

I recently visited your restaurant and had a delightful experience with the variety of dishes I tried. Here's my feedback:

Mysore Masala Dosa: The dosa was perfectly crisp on the outside with a flavorful masala inside. The balance of spices was just right, and it paired wonderfully with the chutneys and sambar.

Pineapple Sheera (Must-Try!): This was the star of the meal! The pineapple sheera was absolutely delicious, with the sweetness of the pineapple blending beautifully with the rich, soft texture of the semolina. It was a perfect way to end the meal, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting your restaurant.
