Shiva's Coffee Bar ( Gota Jagatpur ) — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.

The staff did not seem to have proper knowledge about the menu, and even after calling them multiple times, the waiter and staff did not respond properly.

I ordered soup, chana puri, and dosa. I specifically requested that the soup be served first and the other items afterwards — but they brought the soup and chana puri together.

The soup was okay, but the puri was not good. The sambar was also not good.

To make things worse, I found a mosquito in the coconut chutney. I immediately stopped eating and returned the entire order. Even after that, nobody apologized — they simply brought the bill and waited for payment.

Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I strongly do not recommend visiting this place, especially with family — worst experience during...

The ambience is good, on the highway, affordable food, good for coffee and sandwiches. Fries were good too. Jain veg grilled cheese sandwich with coffee was worth a visit. The only problem was they didn't deliver good white sauce pasta. I have ate the pasta for fairly long time but the manager just tried to prove me wrong saying he works in this field and knows that white sauce pasta is sweet. I tried to explain, even showed the recipe but in vain. He was honorable enough not to charge me for the dish but they should try and elaborate their research on the pasta. The brownie with ice-cream was ok as I was hoping it sizzling rather it was just luke warm brownie with ice-cream. I got to know that they also sell farali coffee and I was dumbstruck. No words... Cause I have never tried a farali coffee.. Worst I didn't even know...

We ordered the fries and Manchurian dry. Fries were okayish It wasn't bad. Manchurian dry tasted good. It had a good spicy flavour to it along with a balanced taste. Taste wise Manchurian was good. But I am disappointed with the prices. It was an open place. Looking at the place, it was too overpriced and the quantity was also less. The price was 50 -55₹ extra. Other than that ambience was okayish. The public was vulgar as usual due to the highway. But the staff was cordial and well mannered. I am certainly not planning to go there in the near future. Would not go again.
