Shree Kathiyawadi Khadki - Bhayli — Restaurant in Gujarat

First of all, this is not authentic Kathiyawadi food; it's just little test(only 30 %) match to Gujarati food with a lot of hype. Believe me, it doesn't even match 10% of the actual Kathiyawadi cuisine. If you consider it as Gujarati, then the only similarity is the sweetness of the food. Don't be misled by the reviews or the interior of the restaurant.

We ordered a thali, and they sent us partially baked rotis made with maida. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If any non-Gujarati wants to experience the real taste of Kathiyawadi food, go to Khodiyar Kathiyawadi or Kismat Kathiyawadi. This place is all fake hype and misleadingly calls itself a Kathiyawadi restaurant.

The experience could have been better- The service is pathetic - it takes ages and ages for the staff to serve you roti, and then when you have roti the sabji is to be requested, by the time sabji is served, roti is cold (feels like its been taken from refrigirator), The sweet they served today - We asked them for swaminarayan and the sweet - could have been handled by hands that would have either chopped garlic or onion- the sweet lost its original aroma and was loaded with strong odor. The business has potential but only if person like Jitubhai is present else it shoudl go shut.- at times you feel like being insulted--imagine you being hingry like hell and then have to wait for ages and ages to be served proper food.
