Just ordered from swiggy and had a pathetic experience. I have Ordered chiku milk shake and received butterscotch milk shake and that too less quantity as if it was a leftover shake and they just handed it over to me. If you were out of stock it's your duty to inform customer and find the solution we understand this things. Such a behaviour is not accepted when you are serving it by the well known name. I always order from other Santushti outlets and really love the taste but this is not accepted. And the most important problem with this outlet is you can't connect them on call.
