I visit TeaPost outlets very often but my experience till now was not very pleasant. I tried French Fries at TeaPost Bhayli Outlet and to my surprise, I loved it for the first time. TeaPost Bhayli is must visit place if you want to taste authentic TeaPost food. The owner of this outlet suggested peach iced tea and it was very soothing for current weather. It shows that they know what are providing and understands customer needs and value their experience.

Location is very good and calm unlike their other outlets which are located at crowded spot. The complex has enough parking spot. Overall a clean and very well maintained outlet with Courteous staff. Ambience 4/5 Food 3/5 Hygiene 5/5 Location 5/5 ( since I prefer peaceful location to have my coffee)

“I had an unpleasant experience at Frenchies recently, not because of the food but due to the rude behavior from the lady owner. While dining, I felt uncomfortable as the lady owner seemed unprofessional and disrespectful in their approach. This completely ruined the ambiance and made the experience unpleasant. I hope the management works on customer interaction skills to create a welcoming environment for everyone and after finish our food she rudely said GET OUT if you Done...
