The first Starbucks franchise in the city of Vapi ( and the larger Valsad district ). It is more or less the same as other Starbucks’ franchises all over the country.

There are two things I would like to point out that leads me to give it a four-star review:

The washrooms are not clean at times. Must have visited the joint about a dozen times and the loos gave off a putrid stench on atleast seven visits.

The menu lacks certain drinks and food options which one takes for granted at StarBucks. It is most probably a logistics issue, hope the management does the needful to rectify this shortcoming.

Otherwise, I have no complaints. I would like to point out that the staff at this particular StarBees branch is a delight to talk to. Always helpful to every single customer, be it a newbie or a...
