The coffee is consistently rich and full-bodied, whether I opt for a classic white mocha or try a seasonal favorite. The Caramel Macchiato is a staple – velvety texture, perfect balance of sweet and bitter.

Food-wise, the pastries and sandwiches are fresh and satisfying. The chocolate silk pastry is a delightful treat.

Unlike other starbucks in Surat, the barista lady in this cafe needs more training when it comes to preparing manual pour overs. I ordered Iced Pour Over but I was served pour over without Ice. The barista mentioned that this is how they prepare iced pour oved which is weird as it was warm. Also, the other 2 starbucks in Surat do prepare and serve it with Ice. This Starbucks needs to learn that Customer service doesnt come with only sweet voice but also by listening actively to customers feedback. Gave 2 stars only due to such attitude of Barista. I had an amazing experience after a disaster happened. I ordered my regular cappacuino early morning using swiggy with all preference written clearly but to my bad i recieved not the one i wanted. I phone starbucks IBC and stunningly this young barista Ms Shalu (I believe) had not only heard my morning wreck patiently but suggested me with her grace that she can delievr herself the coffee at my address. She did. Thats Starbucks I had known back from 1990's! Happy and Want to give my blessings to such service orientation. Well done Shalu. Good job Starbucks....
