Subway Celibration Centre — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited the Subway outlet in Bopal and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway location.

To begin with, the AC was not functioning properly, making the entire place uncomfortably hot and stuffy — far from the relaxing experience you expect while dining in. It was almost unbearable to sit and eat, especially in the current heat.

What made things worse was the staff’s attitude. They were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacked basic customer service etiquette. They didn’t greet properly, weren’t polite while taking the order, and were not at all helpful when we had queries or complaints.

I had gone there specifically to try the new Paneer Tandoori Sub, but was told the meal option wasn’t available for it. On top of that, mint mayo, a fairly common and important sauce, was not available either. These things should be informed upfront or displayed clearly, but they weren’t.

I then opted for a Chilli Bean Patty sub with a meal, and to my surprise, the potato crispers served were absolutely pathetic — hard, dry, and not edible at all. When I politely mentioned this to the staff, they just brushed it off and said, “This is how it is.” No apology, nothing. Just complete disregard for feedback.

I have been to many Subway outlets over the years, but this was by far the most disappointing and poorly managed one I’ve ever come across. From the uncomfortable environment to the rude staff and poor food quality, this experience was below even the basic standards of what a Subway should offer.

I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the ambience, staff training, and food quality, because this outlet is currently doing serious damage to the Subway brand image & a total...

When it comes to quick food options SUBWAY has become the best healthy option for Pick up and Go. This outlet at South Bopal situated in City Celebration Centre is a huge place ideal for Birthday Parties & Group gatherings. The best part is there are new healthy drink options offered here which includes Fruit Juices from RAW which you could combine with your SUB or SALAD and make that a meal. There are other Aerated drinks and snack options as well. The staff is extremely friendly and the outlet is maintained well. Another plus is that they serve a special Italian Paneer SUB which is quite delicious and it is the only outlet serving this item in Ahmedabad as of now. The newly introduced Chota Sub is also quite promising if you are someone who feels full after eating a 6 inch SUB you could opt for this. I also tried the Egg Salad which was soo good with fluffy egg pieces and the sauces compliment it perfectly. One good food outlet in this area for sure that is...

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway South Bopal branch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus.

What really stood out, though, was the freshness of the ingredients. The vegetables were crisp and the bread was soft and delicious. I appreciated the wide variety of toppings and condiments to choose from, allowing me to customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted it.

Overall, the Subway South Bopal branch provided a great dining experience with its excellent service and high-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be returning...
