Subway Maninag — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have visited multiple subways in whole India and trust me no place has as pathetic service as this outlet. I have visited this subway around evening 5 P.m and there were 2 guys present and both of them were so busy in themselves that they hardly bother to serve us. I have inquired about the subway survey code information as I had subway code for taking survey from their website. First they said this service is no longer available in subway. I had asked them that I have completed this survey before 2 days only how can it is not available. Then they have said that you have to visit the outlet from where you have purchased your sub to avail that offer. It was pretty weird for me as I had my sandwich in Jaipur when I was travelling from Jaipur to Ahmedabad so according to subway I have to re-visit Jaipur to avail my free cookie which subway is providing me for taking their survey. I have specifically told the sandwich maker to omit certain vegetables from my sandwich like lettuce,tomato and cucumber and add some extra pickles instead of those vegetables but he replied so rudely that we can not add extra toppings it is not in our policy. The same was with sauces. I have asked them to omit white mayo and my other preference but he was making sandwich according to his mood only. Worst sub I ever had. Plz ask the staff to be more polite and give them enough information about subway offers and policies. No one want to spend more than ₹200 for a pathetic sandwich with rude servers. Try to avoid this outlet and search for nearby subway outlet where they serve better quality and make your sandwiches according...

Food is good. But the staff.... Horrible experience ever... Laziest workers i have ever seen.... Been twice over there. Once the guy took about 45 mins to complete 2 guys order before me and took 20 mins to complete mine. That means in total that jackass took about and 1 hour and 5 mins to complete my order. They give bread option i always choose garlic bread for my sub but when I asked him for that he said he didn't have that and when he completed my order and i was taking it the guy next to me asked for same garlic bread he said it was available.... Real classy to lie to the person who gives you business. But I ignored that to. The next time I went over there. The staff got more ridiculously rude... Kept ignoring and didn't ask me for my order even though I asked them like 10 times "what's the sub of the day?" But no one replied. Given this time the guy who was making food was just completing orders for just swiggy and zomoto. And the other guy was just on non veg section and when I asked him to make my order he arrogantly said " I just make non veg sub". Also higher professional staff and people who can work fast, be polite to customer, greet them when they come in. It was so ride of the staff that they keep ignoring me so bad that i actually left the place and went to pizza hut hor better service and some better food.... Be good subway to your customer. I'm never coming back to this subway every again. I'm ready to go Navrangpura where my friend works and the staff over there treats everyone with respect...
