I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sufra Restaurant by Miki's, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the tone for a fantastic meal.
The menu at Sufra is a culinary adventure in itself. Offering a diverse selection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes, each plate was thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and flavors that left my taste buds dancing with joy. Whether you're a fan of traditional favorites or eager to explore new flavors, Sufra has something to satisfy every palate.
One dish that truly stood out was their lamb shawarma. The tender, perfectly seasoned lamb was packed with incredible flavors, complemented by the freshness of the accompanying vegetables and the rich creaminess of the tahini sauce. It was an explosion of taste in every bite, leaving me craving for more.
The service at Sufra was exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. The waitstaff's friendly demeanor added a personal touch, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and cozy. The interior design incorporated warm colors, comfortable seating, and tasteful decorations that created a welcoming and relaxed setting. It was the perfect backdrop for an evening of great food and conversation.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the attention to hygiene and safety measures. Sufra Restaurant by Miki's maintained strict cleanliness protocols, which made me feel comfortable and confident dining there, especially given the current circumstances.
Lastly, the prices at Sufra were reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. The portions were generous, ensuring that I left feeling satisfied and content. It's a place where you get great value for your money.
In conclusion, Sufra Restaurant by Miki's is a hidden gem that deserves recognition. With its delectable Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, exceptional service, inviting ambiance, and reasonable prices, it's a must-visit for food enthusiasts. I highly recommend Sufra to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience...
Read moreDuring Bakri Eid 2024, I had ordered Raan biryani from Sufra restaurant the so called “Raan King” upon a friend’s suggestion who had ordered the same 2-3 days ago. The raan I ordered cannot be called a raan in any way whatsoever. The raan was only cooked and there was no masala or anything in the raan. Normally raan has rice with it and in the rice there is eggs and vegetables and dry fruits but there was not a single thing in my raan rice There wasn’t even proper salt in it. The rice were white in color (contrary to the yellow masala rice of the raan biryani) and were not cooked properly and not at all fresh It seemed like the rice were stale from yesterday and were not at all enjoyable. I had invited guests for lunch and this is what i had to give them to eat. I was utterly ashamed as I had made so much fuss about sufra before my guests but after eating the raan it was just the worst raan i have ever eaten. Even the roadside vendors would definitely make better raan than this piece of garbage I was given.
Stale tasteless raan. Huge Waste of money.
I don’t have photos or else I would have posted as proof. I was so pissed that day I was in such a mood to eat my raan but all my excitement went into gutter.
Just from the looks of it the raan was very bad. My mother and grandmother even without tasting and just by looking at it said that this is not a good raan.
And lastly when I called to complaint no management staff was available to take my complaint. I had to complain to a waiter.
Will never ever order anything from now...
Read moreToday we dined at Sufra Restaurant by Miki’s and, unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
Food: We started with Chilli Prawns, which was my first time trying seafood other than fish. Unfortunately, the texture and quality were not up to the mark. The prawns had an unpleasant smell while eating, making it hard to enjoy the dish. Next, we tried the Mutton Handi — while the flavor was decent, the portion size was surprisingly small. The quantity of mutton was insufficient even for one person, yet we were three sharing it. Lastly, we ordered Chicken Kadhai, which turned out to be one of the worst chicken dishes I've had. It lacked taste completely, as if boiled chicken was simply added to a pre-made gravy with no seasoning.
Staff: The service was average. The staff was not particularly attentive or engaging, and we didn’t feel as welcomed as we expected from a place with such a reputation.
Ambience: The ambience was decent but nothing memorable. It didn’t really make up for the disappointing food experience.
Overall, Sufra Restaurant by Miki’s did not live up to our expectations. The food lacked quality and taste, and the portion sizes were not worth the price. Sadly, we would not recommend it based...
