I'm a regular customer at this café and have always enjoyed visiting. However, I had a very disappointing experience today that I feel compelled to share.

I usually prefer sitting in the AC room, as I do on every visit. Today, however, the manager rudely refused to open it, stating that I must place an order first. I politely explained that my friends were on their way and we would place our order once everyone arrived. Despite being a regular customer, I was told in a very impolite manner that unless I ordered immediately, the AC room would not be opened.

He further mentioned a new rule — that anyone sitting without ordering will be fined ₹500, and even after ordering, customers are only allowed to sit for 45 minutes. This was communicated rudely, without any courtesy or respect. I understand if there are new policies, but there are better ways to communicate them especially to loyal customers.
