TGB Cafe N Bakery — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had a little visit to the TGB cafe and bakery at Naranpura-Ankur Road... I am a frequent customer at various TGB branches including the one in shahibaug too, but this time what pricked me at the naranpura outlet was that they had a lot of products unavailable and that too for a long time, i can say this as i have visited there more than thrice in a span of 2 months and have found that the products served at the cafe are limited as well the services provided by the staff are not at all up to the mark that TGB name claims to stand on- for an instance last time i had a ice tea which still jad all the sugar lying on bottom of the glass which concerned me and i had to refrain from drinking it and personally go and ask the staff to mix it up again...Then just yesterday again they had many products unavailable out of the already assorted options where they had no honey walnut pie, no chocolate tart and a few more things absent which i thought shouldn't happen so i went and asked the person concerned and the reply he gave me was "we dont order this things from the HQ as they don't sell much" this was something unexpected from a TGB employee.

Please do the needful and contact me if needed because due to the image and prestige of TGB i am dissatisfied by the way staff members behave and also the unavailability of products promised...

I ordered a Red velvet cake from TGB through Zomato on 6th Aug 2024, as everytime I prefer TGB but this time the cake was pathetic. It was stale n even my family got stomach ache which went for 2 days after eating it. This was my first worst experience from TGB but believe me I won't get the confidence to order next time as my money got wasted which cost me almost Rs 660 and also my wife's birthday was spoiled due to the worst cake. This outlet never let's you down... Nice cake, cupcake, pastry, sandwiches, and other bakery varieties... Nice hospitality...:) Still remember a mistake made by staff 2 years ago - forgot the order to deliver the cake on a birthday occasion... The owner Mr kapasi came personally to apologies... After such an humble gesture, till today never ever regretted visiting this...
