Read moreAn experience that will never ever make me feel to come back again n recommend anyone. The starter veg kabab platter was kind off okay, but the worst thing happened when we started our main course. Me had ordered chicken curry(recommended by their manager as their best one), to be honest...it was the opposite of the brand name..."Mirch masala restaurant without any Mirch and masala" I think the chicken was simple boiled n kept aside..no marination done at all. And boiled chicken pieces was put into the gravy and then served. Never ever had such worst experience in my life of having non veg dish. Even I would not give such kind of tasteless dish to my guest visiting my home...then people running this franchise should be more careful in serving this type of dishes. RETRO THEME IS APPRECIATED, BUT NOT WITH YOUR CUISINE. The reason I gave two stars is just because of a warm approach by one of the staff in taking care of our 6mnt old son and we could have our dinner...
Read moreThe Quality of food is very nice The serving size is also enough. We had Chicken Dum Biryani, Chicken Tikka and Tawa Chicken. The chicken was tender and well cooked. The Biryani was smelling very nice. We were 3 people but the food was enough for us. The ambienece is very beautiful, I was very impressed by the interior (especially the roof made of નળિયાં. The plates were Brass and the biryani was cooked in clay pot. Service was very helpful and polite. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and the entire restaurant was empty except for another table. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Yet a saparate handwashing facility was missing. It is quite un hygienic to go inside the toilet to wash your hands before sitting down to eat. The management should look into this. The only reason I had to take down 1 star was the cost. It is something that might deter average people from coming to this...
